We’re actively seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join our CYBR New Product Delivery team in Newport Beach, CA. As a Systems Analyst you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by providing on time support to complex excel spreadsheets. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 4 people in the CMD Tech Ops Life division. Your colleagues will include Sr Systems Analysts located on/offshore. This job requires flexibility on working hours as there will be meetings from time to time with offshore resources located in India.
Requirements
- 2+ years of working experience in developing complex excel spreadsheets
- Experience with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task and work under aggressive deadlines
Nice To Haves
- ADVANCED PROFESSION DEGREE in MATHEMATICS or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work independent with minimal guidance
- Seek improvement opportunities to find better ways to do the work by reducing complexities and/or improving delivery times
Responsibilities
- Great knowledge of MS Excel spreadsheet development.
- Macro expertise desired.
- Challenge the "Status Quo", thinking outside the box mentality
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and recommend solutions when roadblocks emerge.
