About The Position

The Systems Analyst I supports the design, modification, installation, testing, and maintenance of financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assists in documenting application and system environments (architecture, ecosystem, interfaces), developing application procedural documentation and knowledge base information, and supporting the day-to-day “run” operations of financial applications and systems. Works in a cross-functional team environment and will have the ability to collaborate effectively to implement and maintain business solutions. Works independently with general supervision. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Systems, Application Analysis, Applications Support, and/or related.
  • Novice experience and knowledge in resourceful troubleshooting and solutioning.
  • Novice experience and knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics – CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Novice experience with Dynamics 365, CRM, or any similar Customer Relationship Management Platform.
  • Novice experience in supporting Public Cloud and SAAS technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, and/or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in designing, implementing, and supporting CRM, ERP related applications and solutions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and maintains application and system environments.
  • Monitors the overall availability and performance of the application/system environments and associated integrations.
  • Provides end-to-end support for all Property Operations, Scheduling, Vendor, and Inventory Management.
  • Maintains and monitors support queues and service level agreements.
  • Conducts regular audits of applications by generating and building reports that shows efficiencies and improvement areas.
  • Investigates and troubleshoots escalated issues and system outages.
  • Analyzes and performs exercises problem management strategies; collaborates with other teams to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Facilitates and supports change management processes, including the development and execution of test scripts, communication plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans.
  • Creates standard operating procedures and policies for system users.
  • Updates documentation aligning to IT standards.
  • Assists in correcting existing processes in place to support sustainable and flexible architecture environments.
