About The Position
Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Systems Analyst 3, also known as a Senior Functional Analyst, to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting the Texas State ERP system, specifically focusing on CAPPS HR/Payroll. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and related modules, as well as mainframe/legacy systems support. This position involves supporting multiple Texas agencies and requires a deep understanding of Texas HR policies and federal labor laws. The role is classified as a Senior Functional Analyst with expertise in CAPPS HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, and Mainframe/Legacy Systems Support.
Requirements
- 8+ years Texas state government experience
- 8+ years PeopleSoft HCM HR module support
- Knowledge of Texas HR policies and federal labor laws
- CAPPS production support experience
- Mainframe HRIS/SPRS experience
- ITIL knowledge
- WCAG 2.1 experience
