The Systems Administrator ensures the reliability, security, and performance of ASHA’s technology infrastructure, enabling staff to effectively advance the Association’s mission. This role administers enterprise systems and cloud services, safeguards organizational data, and continuously improves technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and the user experience. The Systems Administrator exercises sound judgment and operates with a moderate degree of independence in administering enterprise technology systems, resolving complex technical issues, and implementing solutions that support secure, reliable, and efficient operations. The incumbent independently prioritizes work, evaluates technical risks, and recommends improvements within established Information Systems standards, consulting management on matters with significant operational, financial, or organizational impact.
