About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team in Lawrenceville. This role will provide exceptional technical support to sales consultants and employees while supporting business-critical systems across multiple locations. Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, a leader in energy-efficient, beautifully crafted window and door solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Tier II or higher IT support role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and desktop hardware.
  • Experience supporting Apple iPads, Android devices, Chromebooks, and mobile deployments.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce user support.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, VoIP systems, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Experience maintaining IT asset inventories.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel periodically to remote offices.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar technical certifications.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

  • Configure computers, user accounts, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, mobile devices, and required software for new employees.
  • Provide Salesforce support, troubleshoot issues, answer user questions, train users, and assist department leaders with workflow improvements.
  • Administer user accounts, licensing, permissions, and access management for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Apple iPads, Android tablets, VoIP phones, printers, and business applications.
  • Resolve Windows operating system, hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Maintain conference room AV equipment and support meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, assignments, warranties, replacement schedules, and lifecycle records.
  • Create SOPs, technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and train end users.
  • Coordinate hardware, software, telecom, and service vendors to ensure timely support.
  • Support and optimize VoIP and telecommunications systems.
  • Assist with implementation and integration of business applications across departments.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that enhance IT operations and user experience.
  • Periodically travel to remote office locations to provide onsite support.
