About The Position

This is a temporary-to-hire position for a Systems Administrator located onsite in Tampa, FL. The role is estimated to last 6 months with the possibility of converting to a direct hire. The position requires 100% of the time to be spent at the client's site, with no telecommuting or remote work allowed. Candidates must be able to relocate as required.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tampa, FL
• Systems Administrator Experience (10+ years)
• Experience with Linux administration, including Red Hat, containerization, and DevOps practices (10+ years)
• Experience with enterprise storage administration for mid-size or larger organizations
• Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9 or VMware 8 minimum
• Experience with NSX (VMware network virtualization)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NetApp enterprise storage
• Experience with Zscaler

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Linux (Red Hat) environments including containerization platforms and DevOps pipelines
• Manage and support enterprise storage infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and capacity planning
• Administer VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and NSX environments, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Support virtualized network infrastructure and ensure secure, high-availability operations across the environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on system integrations, upgrades, and technology refreshes
• Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis to resolve infrastructure issues
• Maintain documentation for systems configurations, procedures, and operational runbooks
