This role involves handling both initial Help Desk inquiries (Tier 1) and escalated, complex problems (Tier 2). The Systems Administrator will be responsible for configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows operating systems, and implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and performance. Experience with AWS is a plus, along with intermediate Linux, Windows 10/11, Windows server 2022, and Bash/other scripting.
