About The Position

This role is for a Mid Level Systems Administrator at ELEVI. The position requires a current Poly clearance and significant experience in software engineering. The administrator will be responsible for supporting, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems, including providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support. The role involves managing daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems, assisting users, and supporting various IT infrastructure components like client/server, storage, network devices, and mobile devices.

Requirements

Current Poly clearance
Ten (10) + years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
Four (4) + years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher
Experience with DevOps
Experience with AWS

Responsibilities

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
