The Systems Administrator role is a hands-on infrastructure role focused on keeping enterprise systems secure, stable, and highly available across servers, storage, networking, identity, and cloud services. You will own alerts, incidents, and projects end to end, including troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, documentation, and disaster recovery readiness. The role supports a 24/7 environment with Tier 2/3 support, on-call duties, and occasional after-hours work. Occasional coverage of Tier 1/2 Helpdesk will be required as a backup to other staff. Success in the role means delivering stable and secure systems, reducing operational risk, improving visibility and documentation, and driving meaningful modernization and resiliency improvements.
