Barron Lighting Group is seeking a Systems Administrator / Technical Support professional to provide dependable day-to-day IT support while assisting in the administration and maintenance of the company’s core infrastructure, cloud systems, and business applications. This role is responsible for delivering Tier 1–2 technical support, managing user accounts and system access, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting the overall stability, security, and performance of company technology systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and foundational experience supporting cloud-based environments. This individual will work closely with employees across multiple departments while contributing to IT improvements, documentation, onboarding/offboarding processes, and operational efficiency initiatives.
