About The Position

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Systems Administrator Seniors- Unity Application Engineer in Jacksonville, FL to maintain, deploy and review performance analysis for new User Interface/Services product offering developed internally. Interface with the Development organization, Project Managers, Professional Services, Network, Security and Server OS support teams. Deploy Unity and surrounding products on new virtual servers. Work with engineers for deploying and maintaining Unity in UAT and production, pre-production and test and performance environments. Open technical cases with hardware and software vendors to resolve problems. Apply analytical problem-solving skills for complex multi-tiered applications. Troubleshoot through use of Wireshark and browser development tools. Utilize automation software to conduct diagnostic work for the root cause of any issue and testing / planning of disaster recovery. Provide feedback to Development on needed improvements on serviceability. Deploy Unity and surrounding products on new virtual servers. Work with engineers located locally and overseas. Deploy and maintain Unity in UAT & production, pre-prod and test and performance environments. Open technical cases with hardware & software vendors to resolve problems. Provide diagnostic work to get to root cause of any issues. Perform disaster recovery testing / planning. Provide feedback to Development on needed improvements on serviceability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • working with SQLServer Database technologies to support tenant database for Decisions workflow and Unity Macrim applications
  • working with IDP / SSO (Identity Provider/Single Sign-On), WAF (Web Application Firewall) to configure external security for the Unity and UFI applications that are exposed to the internet
  • utilizing Octopus Automation tool to deploy releases and patches
  • working with Decisions for Workflows
  • utilizing Informatica as a Data load / transformation tool
  • working with Windows Server 2008, 2016, 2019 and Windows security
  • utilizing Internet Information Services (IIS), Apache (reverse proxy) for support of Unity, Global Office, BBGP, UFI applications
  • working with load balanced applications for Unity, Global Office, BBGP, UFI applications to support high availability
  • Master’s degree in the above-listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above-listed skills
