About The Position

The Systems Administrator works as part of an elite, agile team responsible for maintaining, automating, and optimizing enterprise and GEOINT exploitation systems. This role provides direct, on-the-floor technical support, managing virtualized endpoints, automating software deployments, and resolving complex hardware and software anomalies in a high-tempo, multi-mission environment.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
  • 5–10 years of directly related systems administration and analysis experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting client operating systems, enterprise applications, and user-facing hardware in a multi-mission environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for technical documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, writing, and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Software binary and package deployment using Tanium, Numecent, XenApp, or SCCM/MECM.
  • Thin Client OS and Virtual Hosted Desktop environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, ThinPro, Citrix, ESXi/vSphere, XenDesktop).
  • Advanced scripting in Python or PowerShell; deep familiarity with Windows 11 client administration.
  • Hands-on log analysis for rapid troubleshooting and Service+ platform experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the integrity, security, and performance of servers, Virtual Desktop Infrastructures (VDI), virtual machines, and user-facing endpoints.
  • Package and automate software deployments across user environments; develop and execute administrative scripts and system testing strategies.
  • Provide rapid on-the-spot resolution for software/hardware issues, replicate complex anomalies for internal diagnosis, and document technical root causes and solutions.
  • Manage service accounts, allocate computing resources, evaluate vendor products, recommend hardware/software upgrades, and ensure robust backup and recovery processes.
  • Maintain precise system documentation, create user guides, provide technical advice to end-users, and guide less-experienced team members.
