The Systems Administrator/Engineer will perform all systems integration work, system management and configuration, operation, testing, and reset of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE) virtual and physical environments. This includes configuring and deploying virtual and physical servers, workstations, and small processor-controlled devices, as well as operating, maintaining, and developing the infrastructure of the MACC-TTE environments and integrating them into a cohesive system. Assistance with information assurance (IA) requirements is also part of the role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline
7+ years of relevant experience
Minimum seven (7) years of experience as a Cyber Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Cyber Architect, or similar experience
Experience in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, active directory, VPNs, VLANs, SANs utilizing bare metal and virtualized systems
Experience with automation, provisioning, imaging, orchestration, and configuration management
Experience working with open-source software and have open-source platform experience with applications such as Ansible, Python, and other open-source applications
Experience with Cloud, Physical, and virtual network architect, engineering, and infrastructure monitoring
Experience with hypervisors such as VMware, Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), and Xen
Experience with Windows enterprise and Linux server / operating systems engineering, and administration with knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation
Experience with a wide variety of technology to include camera systems, ICS/SCADA, Internet of Things (IoT), and RF devices
Must have Top Secret clearance, SCI eligible

Responsibilities

Perform all systems integration work, system management and configuration, operation, testing, and reset of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE) virtual and physical environments
Configure and deploy virtual and physical servers, workstations, and small processor-controlled devices within the MACC-TTE
Operate, maintain, and develop infrastructure of the MACC-TTE virtual and physical environments and integrate them into cohesive environment
Assist with information assurance (IA) requirements
