Requirements

Security + or CISSP certification, TS/SCI security clearance
Good collaboration skill with the ability to work in a team environment
Good oral and written communication skills while working in a multi-discipline environment
Strong understanding of Linux operating systems/Linux experience required
Availability to work extended hours and provide after-hours and on-call support
Experience supporting and troubleshooting APIs and security appliances such as API gateways
Ability to analyze system logs, performance metrics, and diagnostic data to quickly isolate technical issues
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure during critical production incidents
US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting high availability or mission critical environments
Experience with Grafana or similar monitoring tool.
Familiarity with incident management and change management processes
Broad knowledge of servers, networking, storage, and virtualization
Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Promtail, and Loki
Familiarity with DevOps collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems in secure, high-availability environments, including servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and security appliances.
Monitor system health and investigate incidents using logs, performance metrics, and tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Promtail, and Loki to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Support APIs and production infrastructure, including API gateways, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing after-hours/on-call support during critical incidents.
Collaborate across technical teams to manage incidents and changes, communicate complex technical issues clearly, and maintain reliable operations in a mission-critical environment.
