The System Technician I will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, incidents, and requests. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues with workstations, printers, mobile devices, business applications, and basic network connectivity. The technician will also assist with new user onboarding and offboarding, maintain asset inventory, perform routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
