Requirements
- Previous sterile processing experience with supply management experience.

- Must pass the CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader for sterile processing management) certification exam or complete it within two years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of instrumentation and supply management.
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and time management.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to tolerate emotional and mental stress.
- Able to maintain good rapport with and collaborate with all departments.
- Good computer skills, including previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Thorough knowledge of surgical instruments and the sterilization process.
