We are looking for a System Support Technical Specialist to join our Technical Support team and play a key role in supporting customers, OEM partners, dealers, and internal teams across our innovative marine technology portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working with advanced marine systems, and helping improve the reliability and serviceability of products used by customers around the world. As a Field Service Technical Specialist, you will provide expert technical support for our systems across marine, RV, and other mobile applications. You will work closely with customers, OEMs, dealership technicians, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product teams to diagnose issues, develop solutions, improve product reliability, and create technical resources that support our growing customer base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical experience working with mobile equipment, marine systems, RV systems, or similar environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyse complex technical problems.
  • Experience working with electrical and electronic systems on mobile equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, manuals, and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a lab environment to recreate and diagnose customer issues.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers, dealers, OEM partners, and internal teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Marine or recreational vehicle technical experience.
  • ABYC / RVIA Electrical Certification.
  • NMEA Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers, OEM partners, manufacturers, dealership technicians, and consumers.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving marine and mobile integrated systems, including: Electronic system diagnostics, Fault code interpretation, Hydraulic, electrical, and application performance adjustments.
  • Use electronic test equipment and technical documentation to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Develop processes related to equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and service improvements.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions to improve knowledge sharing and future support.
  • Identify emerging product issues and communicate findings to engineering, quality, manufacturing, and product management teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to provide feedback on customer and field experiences.
  • Support field visits, product audits, training sessions, and other Technical Support initiatives.
  • Deliver OEM-specific service trainings.
  • Support rapid response activities and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
