About The Position

We have a current opening for a System Supervisor and are actively reviewing applications. The System Supervisor is responsible for supporting inventory control, production tracking, and workforce administration activities within the manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role ensures inventory accuracy through SAP transactions, reporting, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations while also supporting payroll and attendance tracking for both agency and Ferrero employees. The position works closely with operations, inventory management, warehouse personnel, and temporary employees to maintain accurate records, support production reporting, and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Ability to walk the production floor regularly.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a production environment
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, inventory control or production environment preferred.
  • Experience with UKG/Novatime or other timekeeping and payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inventory counts on the production floor and storage locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor material consumption and investigate under-consumption and over-consumption variances.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Generate and maintain weekly and bi-weekly inventory reports for non-BOM (Bill of Materials) materials, VRAC, WIP and semi-finished products.
  • Perform SAP inventory transactions, including DUV activities, under the guidance and supervision of the Inventory Manager.
  • Control and audit production declarations within SAP, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Monitor and track production hours, line utilization, and operational metrics using local databases and spreadsheets.
  • Balance inventory during product changeovers and coordinate the return of unused materials to the warehouse.
  • Prepare daily production summary reports and reconcile production output against third-party logistics (3PL) receipts, identifying and resolving discrepancies and communicating root cause analyses to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Track employee attendance and maintain accurate timesheet records for Ferrero employees within UKG.
  • Manage temporary agency timesheets using Novatime/UKG and maintain accurate labor records.
  • Print product labels as required for international production runs.
  • Enter and maintain daily production efficiency and performance data.
  • Support and train temporary employees for counting and relabeling returns.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy, material control, and production reporting.
