Requirements

  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Associate degree (Business or Technical)
  • High degree of knowledge in understanding of relational database structures, and ability to assemble information from numerous sources is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain sales reports by extracting data from various systems and assemble into usable information for management.
  • Assist in set up, maintenance, and development of the order entry system and all web-based systems for the Sales Department.
  • Work with Marketing and Engineering on truck constraints to incorporate them into the systems.
  • Provide departmental support and assist with systems' problems and issues.
  • Maintain and update sales department software to satisfy sales reporting requirements.
  • Generate and verify programming requests to the IS department.
  • Document all internal process and procedures within the sales department and associated training materials.
