About The Position

We're looking for a System Security Administrator to join our IT department and play a key role in protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. This is a hands-on role where you'll own security operations, drive compliance, and serve as a trusted resource for our staff all within a collaborative, people-first environment. Requirements

Associate's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in IT security or system administration
Familiarity with regulatory and bank security frameworks and standards
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and security policies
Clear, confident communicator, in writing and in person
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
A genuine commitment to customer service and confidentiality

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain security tools including firewalls and antivirus software
Monitor network and system activity for threats and unauthorized access
Investigate and respond to security incidents, breaches, and alerts
Administer user access, permissions, and authentication systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Apply security patches and updates in a timely manner
Develop, document, and enforce IT security policies and best practices
Monitor and test data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
Conduct regular IT risk assessments and update the Information Security Program annually
Provide security awareness training to staff and present security reports to the Audit and Risk Committee and Board of Directors
