System Manager of Enterprise Resilience
About The Position
CommonSpirit Health is seeking a dynamic, highly experienced Business Continuity and Resilience Manager with healthcare expertise to join its Enterprise Resilience team. This high-impact position advances the enterprise-wide Business Continuity program and strengthens the organization’s ability to anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions. The role supports continuity of critical healthcare services, patient safety, and essential operations across the ministry. The position leads implementation of the enterprise-wide Business and Operational Continuity strategy through strong program governance, disciplined program management, and consistent, high-quality program delivery. It collaborates across clinical, operational, and technology teams to simplify complex challenges, strengthen continuity and recovery capabilities, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Through business continuity planning, risk assessment, advisory services, training, and exercises, the role helps build a scalable enterprise-wide program that strengthens organizational readiness, minimizes operational disruptions, and supports continued healthcare services and patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Four to six years of experience in program management, communications, governance, strategic planning, or a related field.
- Knowledge of business resilience, business continuity, risk management, program management methods, and data analysis.
- Strategic planning, stakeholder communication, leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide Business Continuity programs, including business impact analyses, risk assessments, continuity planning, advisory services, training, and exercises.
- Advance Enterprise Resilience strategic priorities by establishing clear objectives, coordinating Business Continuity program implementation, measuring performance, and driving continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals, patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to keep key stakeholders informed about Enterprise Business Continuity initiatives, progress, and impact.
- Develop reports, presentations, and executive briefings for senior leadership communicating Enterprise Business Continuity and Resilience strategies, program performance, key risks, and opportunities for improvement.
