System Grants Director
About The Position
Baptist Health is looking for a System Grants Director to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN. The Director of Grants will play a vital role to lead the Baptist Health System in developing and implementing a high-performing, system-wide grants strategy in partnership with Foundation leadership across the Baptist Health system, with specific responsibility for grant performance in each local market and the system level. This position will contribute significantly to the establishment of a cohesive grants management system informed by best practices in pre- and post-award services and securing revenue to support the Baptist Health mission. This position will report to the VP of Philanthropy and will work closely with System/Market Foundation and Financial team members. The position will be a resource for all Baptist Health staff as it relates to partner support and grant compliance issues and questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with five years job-related experience.
- 10 years of direct grant and philanthropy experience may be accepted in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Baptist Health System in developing and implementing a high-performing, system-wide grants strategy in partnership with Foundation leadership across the Baptist Health system.
- Ensure grant performance in each local market and at the system level.
- Contribute to the establishment of a cohesive grants management system informed by best practices in pre- and post-award services.
- Secure revenue to support the Baptist Health mission.
- Serve as a resource for all Baptist Health staff regarding partner support and grant compliance issues and questions.
