The Grants Director oversees the Grants Division, which is generally responsible for researching, developing programs and associated materials, promoting the grant programs, and managing awarded State and Federal grant programs that support the agency's goals. As the subject matter expert on federal financial assistance regulations and special terms and conditions of awards, you will as a technical grant resource for the agency, providing training and other support to staff on grant program matters, along with resolving grant program needs and issues. The Grants Director ensures that all agency grant programs and associated projects awarded by the Indiana Office of Energy Development are developed and executed in alignment with agency goals and monitor the prudent management of grant funding. Awarded grants and associated projects are completed on time, within budget, and under full compliance of applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and agency policies. Applications, reports, and compliance filings are completed in a timely manner as required by the agency, including reports from agency contractors and subrecipients. Contractor and subrecipient work is monitored and reviewed for performance. Reimbursements are accurately disbursed and objectives are fulfilled. The Grants Director also leads the review, update, and creation of agency policies and procedures related to grant programs. This is an onsite role in the IOED offices at the Indiana Government Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
