About The Position
Halogen Engineering is seeking a System Engineer with Agile/Scrum experience to join their team. This role is responsible for end-to-end development environments, conducting and approving system trade analyses, and developing system design alternatives. The position requires a current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Requirements
- Experience as an Agile SCRUM Master
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience generating technical documentation
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- A Master's degree with eighteen (18) years of system engineering experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university OR a High School Diploma or GED with twenty-four (24) years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end development environments
- Conducting and/or approving end-to-end system trade analyses optimizing system operations over its life cycle
- Developing system design alternatives considering life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth
