Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Energy Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily monitoring and analysis of Central Utility Plant equipment performance and reliability.
  • Assist with troubleshooting utility system issues and developing corrective action recommendations.
  • Analyze operational data and develop reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Support preventive maintenance (PM) optimization efforts through CMMS data analysis and field verification.
  • Assist in the development and revision of engineering drawings, procedures, and controlled documentation.
  • Participate in equipment inspections, audits, and reliability assessments.
  • Support capital improvement and infrastructure upgrade projects from planning through execution.
  • Develop and maintain engineering spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with utility consumption tracking and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Participate in safety programs, risk assessments, and pre-task planning activities.
  • Work closely with operations, maintenance technicians, contractors, and engineering staff to support manufacturing objectives.
