About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a System Engineer for a hybrid role at various locations. This position is responsible for the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software. The role involves monitoring system performance and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This role performs a variety of tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, and requires a wide degree of creativity and latitude. The position typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Experience building highly available servers end to end
Strong understanding of end to end stack including tools and agents
Ability to coordinate technical experts to complete work
Ability to problem solve and quickly switch tasks
Ability to oversee a large number of server builds in various stages
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical experts
Ability to produce strong, clear status reporting for technical audiences
Ability to deliver high-level reports for leadership
Ability to influence to achieve desired results
Ability to lead and provide direction and tasks to engineers and technical experts
Experience with IBM AIX
