About The Position
This is a full-time on-site role for one of our customers located in Grand Haven, MI. The System Engineer will be responsible for technical support and general system engineering for their clients.
Requirements
- Strong System Engineering skills with experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience in Network Administration including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
- Technical Support experience in hardware, software, and remote support
- Effective Troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identify and prevent technical issues
- In-depth knowledge of Information Technology concepts and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Scripting/Automation
- Interpersonal, client-facing skills
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or CompTIA A+
