About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with expertise in Neoload to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing methodologies, experience with load testing tools like Neoload, and proficiency in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics. This is a remote position open to USC candidates only.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in performance testing.
• At least 4-5 years recent hands-on experience with Neoload.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and lead.
• Strong experience with Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
• Healthcare industry experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with disaster recovery testing.
• Familiarity with other performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of system monitoring and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Neoload to simulate load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues and ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain and update performance test scripts and scenarios as required to reflect changes in the application.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay current with Neoload updates and best practices, and incorporate them into the testing process.
