About The Position

This role focuses on building Salesforce application logic using Apex Programming and creating user interfaces with web technologies like jQuery, JavaScript, SOQL, and HTML. The developer will build custom Salesforce applications including Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Remoting, Callouts and Automation, Custom Objects, Apex Service, and Test code, adhering to object-oriented design principles and web technologies. The position involves all phases of the software development lifecycle, including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Additionally, the role includes developing custom Salesforce reports and views, using the VSCode Salesforce plug-in for development, building Lightning Components, the Lightning Component Framework, and the Lightning Design System. The developer will contribute to highly interactive UIs and large-scale SaaS products/cloud services within short release cycles, utilizing Agile/Waterfall/SCRUM methodologies and test-driven development.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado.
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Hands‑on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git‑based version control systems.
Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado.
Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools.
Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths.
Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Experience with Apex Programming.
