We are seeking a Dataflow System Engineer to support a NiFi data‑distribution system. Specifically, the individual must have proven experience installing Apache NiFi, troubleshooting NiFi‑related issues, and managing dataflow requests as well as handling change requests (DMRs/DCRs). In addition, the candidate should be capable of creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation that covers NiFi installation procedures, troubleshooting steps, equipment details, and proof‑of‑concept information, and must be prepared to explain DMR/DCR support to other SEs for interim coverage.

Requirements

A current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required.
Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Apache NiFi

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Installing Apache NiFi
Troubleshooting NiFi-related issues
Managing dataflow requests
