About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a System Engineer 0 to join our growing team! Reflexive Concepts is looking for a talented professional to work alongside a team of developers to implement and test new capabilities for classification-marking tools supporting M365 web-based applications, documenting designs and helping resolve user-reported issues.

Requirements

Three (3)+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
An additional five (5) years of experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of eight (8) years
Experience generating standard system engineering and test documents
Excellent written skills and experience in generating program/process related documents
Working experience with JIRA and Confluence
Experience with Wiki
Experience in AWS (ability to navigate AWS dashboards & services)
Experience working collaboratively with a team of developers, Contractors, and the Government

Nice To Haves

Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
Strong, Time Management skills

Responsibilities

Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements
Triage user issues
Track and respond to user issues/questions
Establish internal schedules and milestones
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
Document processes and provide deliverable to the government
Provide meeting minutes
Ability to test new configurations/software releases
Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
Track and report testing results
Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations
Contribute content for the development of high level documentation and guides
