About The Position

The System Educator participates in the needs assessment, instructional design, implementation and evaluation of orientation, staff development and continuing education relevant to hospital staff. They assist in the development and maintenance of a master plan to promote the professional development of all staff. They assist in clinical systems education. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of education experience is required.
• Professional knowledge of educational theories and principles to assess educational needs and design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for staff is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Four year's of related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in adult education is preferred.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Epic certification preferred.
