About The Position
The System Director of Case Management is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and overseeing the Case Management Department in alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and healthcare system requirements. This role provides leadership for case management, discharge planning, and utilization review while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Montana or upon acceptance)
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume case management program (hospital or clinic setting)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, EMR systems, and healthcare applications
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Nursing, MBA, or related field
- Advanced leadership experience in case management within a hospital setting
Responsibilities
- Oversee case management, discharge planning, and utilization review functions
