About The Position

IronMountain Solutions LLC is searching for a Systems Analyst to support a customer located in Huntsville, Alabama. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a keen attention to detail. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related analytical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related technical role.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with data analysis, system integration, and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with information systems, networks, and operational technology environments.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high-level briefings to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive-level reports, dashboards, and decision support materials.
• Deep understanding of organizational decision-making processes.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, program management, and operational initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Only citizens of the United States are able to obtain a Clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment is preferred.
