About The Position

Performs moderate to advanced application maintenance, updates, and documentation. Provides design and support for applications, consulting with vendors as needed. Conducts continuous assessment of operational/technical needs and workflow analysis to recommend and build optimal screen flows for successful implementation, administration, and documentation of new and existing applications. Requires process and application expertise and strong leadership skills to work with key personnel, end users, and project team members to identify and resolve issues throughout project phases. Will accept and complete new project assignments and may lead projects. Participation involves workflow analysis, design, general systems analysis, development of functional specifications, creation of test plans, testing, documentation, and implementation. Responsible for communicating project status and resolving/escalating issues. Knowledgeable in multiple applications, their integrations, and has in-depth expertise in individual applications. Understands applicable regulatory requirements and works with operations to implement them. Possesses knowledge of applicable interfaces and integration, with basic to moderate troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Clinical or other related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
Prior certification in Epic application preferred.
Required to achieve assigned Computer Application certifications within 90 days of training and to maintain assigned certification while in this role.
Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
Experience with and demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to work independently and be result oriented.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks and project components.
Ability to lead.
