About The Position
Senior Epic Willow analyst responsible for a net-new Specialty Pharmacy build supporting Compass Rose. This role is focused, build-heavy, and requires strong pharmacy operational knowledge and prior specialty pharmacy implementation experience.
Requirements
- Epic Certifications (Required): Epic Willow Ambulatory
- Epic Willow (Inpatient and Ambulatory) build experience
- Specialty Pharmacy workflows (not retail-only)
- Compass Rose net-new build experience or equivalent payer-aligned specialty implementation
- Strong pharmacy operational and clinical workflow knowledge
- Healthy Planet experience
- Prior pediatric pharmacy experience
- At least one conversion project
- Demonstrated hands-on Willow build and go-live support.
