About The Position

Hatalom Corporation is seeking an experienced System Analyst to work closely with the Prime contractor’s Operations Officer or Site Lead, providing analysis and content for After Action Review (AAR) support throughout military exercises. The role involves working with training simulations, contributing to AAR development, and helping ensure exercises run smoothly, with an emphasis on collecting and analyzing key data points.

Requirements

• BA/BS or MA/MS in a relevant discipline.
• Three or more years of experience for candidates with the stated higher level of education, with experience requirements reaching six or more years depending on education.
• Analytical abilities.
• Understanding of USMC tactics.
• Ability to work with multiple branches of military expertise, including Maneuver, Intelligence, Fires, Logistics, and Aviation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a former USMC Officer or SNCO is preferred.
• Experience in live training or simulations is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the ROSTER/Order of Battle and create reports from exercise data.
• Lead development of AARs and the Take Home Package.
• Operate a desktop WinEXCON system to support exercises and conduct Area Weapon Effect Simulation (AWES).
• Adjust training scenarios as needed and make recommendations based on training objectives.
• Monitor live video feeds and edit them for AAR purposes.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and materials to assist in AAR execution.
