System Analyst - Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation Systems (MCTIS) - (On-Site @ 29 Palms, CA)
About The Position
Hatalom Corporation is seeking an experienced System Analyst to work closely with the Prime contractor’s Operations Officer or Site Lead, providing analysis and content for After Action Review (AAR) support throughout military exercises. The position includes preparing exercise materials and reports, leading the development of AARs and the Take Home Package, operating a desktop WinEXCON system to support exercises and conduct Area Weapon Effect Simulation (AWES), adjusting training scenarios as needed, and monitoring and editing live video feeds for AAR purposes. Requirements
- A BA/BS or MA/MS in a relevant discipline.
- 3+ to 6+ years of experience, depending on education level.
- Analytical abilities.
- Understanding of USMC tactics.
- Ability to work with multiple branches of military expertise, including Maneuver, Intelligence, Fires, Logistics, and Aviation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Former USMC Officer or SNCO experience is preferred.
- Experience in live training or simulations is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the ROSTER/Order of Battle and create reports from exercise data.
- Lead the development of After Action Reviews (AARs) and the Take Home Package.
- Operate a desktop WinEXCON system to support exercises and conduct Area Weapon Effect Simulation (AWES).
- Adjust training scenarios as needed and make recommendations based on training objectives.
- Monitor live video feeds and edit them for AAR purposes.
- Prepare reports, statistics, and materials to assist in AAR execution.
