Looking for a highly technical System Analyst to act as a bridge between Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineers. This role functions as a pseudo Tech Lead, reducing dependency on TLs for day-to-day technical discussions. Requirements
- Strong Java enterprise backend Spring expertise
- Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience in large-scale data heavy environments
- Ability to translate architecture into implementation guidance
Responsibilities
- Understand and navigate Java Spring API backend Systems Design Microservices
- Drive technical discussions, design alignment, and issue resolution
- Act as technical coordinator across teams (Architects, TLs, Engineers)
- Analyze code, data flows, and system dependencies
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analysis and debugging
