Join our team! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Analyst Intern to support a high-priority ERP pilot project. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who enjoys working with technology, data, process improvement, and problem-solving. The intern will support the integration and optimization of fleet, equipment, and digital systems by assisting with asset tracking, system testing, documentation, and operational workflows. You will gain hands-on experience working with tracking technologies, digital tools, and operational systems while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, standardization, and data accuracy across the organization. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Information Technology, Computer Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field
  • Interest in technology, systems, and process improvement
  • Comfortable learning and working with different software platforms and digital tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support GPS and telematics equipment for trailers and trucks.
  • Assist with the installation and update of equipment and driver applications.
  • Coordinate equipment orders, installations, and follow-ups with vendors and service centers.
  • Ensure systems are functioning properly and meet operational requirements.
  • Update driver inspection forms and related tools.
  • Assist with system configurations and technical testing.
  • Identify issues or errors and support troubleshooting activities.
  • Perform validations and testing during new system deployments.
  • Support the organization and updating of equipment and asset records.
  • Assist in identifying critical parts and maintenance requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to fleet and equipment management.
  • Create and update work procedures and user guides.
  • Prepare clear and accessible documentation for end users.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions for supervisors and drivers.
