About The Position

The System Analyst provides analytical, technical, and implementation support for the Electronic Health Record (EHR), with a primary focus on Ambulatory applications. This role translates clinical and operational requirements into effective EHR build solutions. Responsibilities include system upgrades, enhancement development, third‑party application support, testing, maintenance, and end‑user assistance. The analyst is also expected to maintain a working knowledge of Cogito reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of an electronic health record (EHR) system and clinical workflows in an ambulatory setting
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
• Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented
• Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate documentation skills
• Ability to follow established workflows consistently
• Current Epic certification or the ability to successfully complete and maintain certification
• Receive Epic certification within 6 months of hire

Nice To Haves

• Degree in nursing, computer science, mathematics, health informatics, public health, natural science, or a related discipline
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of two (2) years of relevant healthcare experience
