System Analyst
About The Position
The System Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. This role involves translating business needs into technical specifications, developing and executing test plans, test cases, and scenarios, and performing various types of testing including functional, integration, and regression testing. The analyst will also track and manage defects, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate project documentation and assisting with system demos and training materials.
Requirements
- Business Analyst experience (3+ Years)
- Quality Assurance (QA) experience (3+ Years)
- Azure DevOps or similar tools (like JIRA)
- Agile / Project Management methodologies
- Creating as-is / to-be process documentation
- Product roadmap development
- Understanding BA, QA, and Development roles
- Tools like Figma, Visio
