About The Position

abra is seeking a System Analyst to lead complex analysis processes for the bank's digital channels, focusing on public-facing systems such as account opening and marketing sites. This role involves translating product requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, defining interfaces between Front-End and core systems, and supporting development and QA teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a System Analyst in large organizations (B2C environment is mandatory).
• Proven experience in analyzing digital user interfaces (UX) for high-scale products (100K+ users). Experience in Mobile is a major focus.
• 4+ years of experience writing documents that integrate both business and technical descriptions.
• At least 2 years of experience in API analysis and characterization.
• 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and database investigation.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex analysis processes for the bank's digital channels, focusing on public-facing systems (e.g., account opening, marketing sites).
• Translating product requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development and infrastructure teams.
• Defining interfaces between Front-End and core systems, including Web Services characterization (REST/SOAP).
• Writing User Stories, participating in Sprint planning, and prioritizing tasks.
• Providing ongoing support to development and QA teams, writing test scenarios, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Executing SQL queries and log investigations to analyze data, identify bugs, and understand user behavior.
