We’re looking for a hands-on System Administrator to manage and scale our internal IT infrastructure and SaaS ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for maintaining servers, networks, and enterprise applications while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver efficient infrastructure and tooling. Requirements

  • 2-3 years relevant experience OR Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent with high achievement in academic coursework.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as network protocols, TCP/IP, and OSI models.
  • Hands-on experience setting up systems from scratch.
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting both Windows, Linux and MacOS environments.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, patch management, and endpoint protection.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  • CompTIA A+ or other relevant technical certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure In-house SaaS software such as Google Workspace, NetSuite, OneLogin, Bamboo, Atlassian (Jira), Salesforce, and Freshworks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Set up and manage data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Provide front-line internal IT support, including daily IT operations, server and network maintenance, hotline & deskside support, equipment maintenance, and service provisioning.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to understand their requirements and provide the necessary infrastructure and tooling support.
  • Deploy and maintain internal infrastructure used widely across the company.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure and processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Administer enterprise network environments, requiring knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network services and protocols.
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
