About The Position

We’re on a mission to redefine how modern distributed systems are tested and released. Our platform is trusted by engineering teams who demand rock-solid reliability, scalable performance, and deep technical visibility. Our platform doesn’t just assure system correctness and reliability, it exists because developers need something better. If you’ve ever experienced the pain of a production outage, had a bad week on-call, or had a release delayed by weeks because of one killer bug – you’ll understand exactly why we’re doing what we do. If you're passionate about developer-first products, system resilience, and correctness, we’d love to talk. About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Manager–level System Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our full Go-To-Market (GTM) systems stack. You’ll be the primary owner of Salesforce and the connective tissue across our revenue tools — Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, DealHub and others — ensuring data quality, system reliability, automation, and seamless workflows that allow our teams to move fast and scale deliberately. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves making systems work elegantly, enjoys partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and wants to build the operational backbone of a fast-growing startup.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years administering Salesforce and other GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise
  • Direct experience managing tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data architecture, API-based system integrations, and RevOps best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Apex and SOQL, with the ability to understand, evaluate, and guide custom development when required. Hands-on coding experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a builder mindset.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system designs that scale.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and limited bureaucracy.
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with GTM leaders, reps, and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus: experience at a high-growth Series A–B enterprise SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, clean architecture, and scalability as we grow.
  • Manage and maintain our other GTM systems: Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, DealHub, Vitally and additional tools in the RevOps stack.
  • Create and maintain automations, workflows, validation rules, and integrations across systems.
  • Adopt AI to automate workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, BDR, SE, CSM, CSE, Partner Alliances, and Support teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they impact the business.
  • Support forecasting processes by ensuring data accuracy and alignment between Salesforce and Gong.
  • Ensure data hygiene across lead, contact, account, and opportunity records using ZoomInfo, and internal processes.
  • Lead some implementation projects and partner with external vendors for others.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and training resources to help GTM teams get more value out of our tools.
  • Maintain tools and automations implemented by Go to Market Engineer
  • Partner with IT leader to ensure compliance with security and other policies
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure tool proficiency across GTM teams.
  • Serve as an internal thought leader on GTM systems, architecture, and best practices.

Benefits

  • Extensive scope and impact across the entire GTM organization
  • High ownership, high trust, low bureaucracy
  • Collaborate with a fast-moving team that values autonomy and results
  • Help shape the growth strategy at a pivotal stage
  • Access to top-tier tools and leadership support
