About The Position

Kairos Power is seeking a software administrator to support PostgreSQL, operational technology (OT) infrastructure, and data-platform administration. The role builds and maintains software infrastructure used by operators to manage facilities and operate plants, as well as platforms that support hardware, software, and data management for plant operations and testing activities. The position supports AWS and reactor-local infrastructure designed to maintain non-safety-related OT operations during extended losses of cloud connectivity. The role also works with stakeholders on information architecture and infrastructure requirements, supports data management, and helps keep platforms available, secure, and maintainable through monitoring, controlled changes, documentation, and recovery testing. The position is located at Kairos Power’s Alameda, California headquarters. Some travel may be required, up to 10%.
