About The Position
Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading-edge database and applications company. The position focuses on storage engineering and includes analyzing performance trends, managing server and network capacity, responding to potential problems with automation and monitoring tools, implementing technical solutions, troubleshooting systems, and maintaining support documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform performance trend analysis and manage server and network capacity.
- React to potential problems using automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools, escalating to management where appropriate.
- Participate in configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance or troubleshoot the system.
- Prepare and maintain support documentation.
