About The Position
Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading-edge database and applications company. The role includes managing server and network capacity, analyzing performance trends, responding to potential problems with automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools, and escalating issues to management when appropriate. The position also participates in configuration and implementation of technical solutions to enhance or troubleshoot systems and is responsible for support documentation.
