About The Position
At KMM, the Systems Administrator I supports the technology used by teams building electrical wire harnesses for aerospace, defense, and space applications. This role provides employees with reliable, timely technology support, including troubleshooting computers and Microsoft 365 applications, deploying equipment, managing user accounts, and maintaining device inventories. The work contributes to a secure, efficient, and compliant technology environment. The role combines technical troubleshooting, customer service, and continuous learning. The Systems Administrator assists with employee onboarding, resolves connectivity issues, and helps maintain security and compliance standards, handling challenges with professionalism and attention to detail.
