About The Position

Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a System Administrator 0 to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems in a mission-focused technical environment. The selected candidate will assist with daily system administration activities, provide technical support to users, and help maintain the availability and reliability of critical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional seeking to develop hands-on system administration experience.

Requirements

• Ability to support the implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, configuration, and daily operation of IT systems.
• DoD 8570 compliance with a minimum of IAT Level II is required.
• Ability to accommodate shift work as needed, including weekend support.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation and polygraph.
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II Compliance Required
• This position requires an active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Assist with the daily configuration, operation, and administration of system environments.
• Provide technical assistance to users accessing and operating IT systems.
• Monitor systems and help identify, document, and resolve technical issues.
• Support routine system maintenance and operational activities.
• Work collaboratively with technical team members to maintain reliable system performance.
• Provide shift-based and weekend support as operational needs require.
